PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body center pillar structure capable of reducing displacement amount of a chest rib of a passenger at the time of side collision of an automobile even in a case where a center pillar of a car body overlaps with a passenger seated on a seat in a vehicle width direction of the automobile.SOLUTION: In a structure of a car body center pillar 3, an outer panel 31 disposed outside a car and an inner panel 32 disposed on a cabin side are jointed together by flange parts to form a closed cross section. The inner panel 32 faces the interior of a cabin, and includes a collision reduction means in a region between a shoulder anchor for fixing one end of a seat belt and a floor anchor for fixing the other end of the seat belt.
