Disclosed is an electrolytic copper foil where an average diameter of a pore which is an area between protruding surface elements of a precipitation surface is from 1 nm to 100 nm. The electrolytic copper foil maintains low roughness and high strength while having a high elongation percentage, and may be used in a current collector of a lithium ion secondary battery having a medium to large size and in a semiconductor packaging substrate for tape automated bonding (TAB) used in a tape carrier package (TCP).
