PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered or solid composition which contains acylation sterol glycoside (ASG) derived from unpolished rice bran.SOLUTION: A method comprises operating the supercritical extraction with carbon dioxide and ethanol using rice lecithin derived from unpolished rice bran as a raw material; and removing ethanol from the obtained extracted residue.
