PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure measuring device allowing a physical load on a patient to be reduced.SOLUTION: A blood pressure measuring device 1 includes: pulse wave signal acquiring means 3 acquiring a pulse wave signal; first blood pressure measuring means 17 measuring a blood pressure on the basis of the pulse wave signal; second blood pressure measuring means 7, 9, 11, 17 measuring the blood pressure using a cuff 5; calibration value calculating means 17 calculating a calibration value using a measurement value of the second blood pressure measuring means, and at least a measurement value of the first blood pressure measuring means before the measurement of the second blood pressure measuring means; and calibrating means 17 calibrating the measurement value of the first blood pressure measurement mean using the calibration value. The calibration value calculating means performs the measurement of the second blood pressure measuring means on condition that the pulse wave signal used in the first blood pressure measuring means satisfies one or more conditions selected from the following conditions A, B. The condition A: an SNR of the pulse wave signal is a prescribed threshold value Tor greater. The condition B: variation of a feature quantities calculated from the pulse wave signal is a prescribed threshold value Tor less. |
