The calibration value calculating means performs the measurement of the second blood pressure measuring means on condition that the pulse wave signal used in the first blood pressure measuring means satisfies one or more conditions selected from the following conditions A, B. The condition A: an SNR of the pulse wave signal is a prescribed threshold value Tor greater. The condition B: variation of a feature quantities calculated from the pulse wave signal is a prescribed threshold value Tor less.
