PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of accurately extracting even a peak of low S/N ratio, when extracting a peak from a measurement waveform.SOLUTION: A peak extraction method for extracting a true peak from a measurement waveform includes: a secondary differential waveform acquisition step for acquiring a secondary differential waveform; a temporary peak extraction step for extracting a temporary peak on the basis of a maximum value and/or minimum value of the secondary differential waveform; a peak width determination step for determining a peak width of the temporary peak on the basis of a model peak function; a peak height theoretical value calculation step for calculating a theoretical value of the height of the temporary peak by using two points corresponding to both ends of the peak width on the basis of the model peak function; a noise index value calculation step for calculating an index value of variation in noise on the measurement waveform from the secondary differential waveform; and a peak extraction step for calculating S/N ratio between the theoretical value and index value of the peak height and extracting a temporary peak equal to or more than a preset value as a true peak. |
