PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for inspecting a result of image-forming output, configured to collect printed matters in a correct page order when discharging a normal-output page, a defective page, and a recovery-print page to different paper discharge trays.SOLUTION: A paper discharge control unit 212 controls a sheet determined as defective to be discharged to a waste paper discharge tray, and discontinuous pages to be discharged to different trays. A queue management unit 211 updates queue information by use of information on a paper-discharge destination of each page. A collection control unit 240 controls an LED 510 arranged for each of the paper discharge trays 501-507, in the order of pages of the sheets discharged to the corresponding paper discharge trays 501-507, on the basis of the queue information, and prompts a user to collect the sheets from the corresponding paper discharge trays 501-507 in the page order. |
