PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate protective film that is a laminated film having a core layer including an aromatic vinyl resin as a main component and a skin layer including cellulose ester as a main component, and has sufficient inter-layer adhesion.SOLUTION: There is provided a polarizing plate protective film having a core layer that includes a copolymer (I) including a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl monomer (A) and a structural unit derived from a cyclic acid anhydride monomer (B), and a skin layer that is laminated on at least one surface of the core layer and includes cellulose ester.
