PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield.SOLUTION: The detector module manufacturing method is a method to manufacture a detector module. The detector module optically couples a scintillator array which emits light generated by an X-ray and a photodiode array which converts the light generated by the scintillator array into an electrical signal with each other. In the detector module manufacturing method, the scintillator array is adhered to the photodiode array with a transparent adhesive sheet which has an adhesive face on both sides. A structure including the scintillator array and the photodiode array which are laminated via the transparent adhesive sheet is subjected to a pressuring and heating under predetermined conditions that air bubbles residing in the structure can be diffused.
