<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shading device which allows a user to operate a screen by hand operation.SOLUTION: A shading device 10 comprises: a drive motor 14; an arm 18 connected to the drive motor 14 via a drive force transmission mechanism 16, and operated by receiving drive force outputted from the drive motor 14; a screen 22 connected to the arm 18 and expanded and stored following the operation of the arm 18; and a clutch mechanism 54 which is disposed between the drive motor 14 and the drive force transmission mechanism 16, and blocks connection between the drive motor 14 and the drive force transmission mechanism 16 when torque exceeds a set torque.</p> |
