<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance torque generation device on which an unnecessary load does not act even when a shaft is displaced from the axis of an elbow or the like.SOLUTION: A resistance torque generation device includes: a case 9 in which a pair of opposed walls 21 and 23 are connected by side walls 25a, 25b, 25c and 25d, and in which one 21 of the pair of opposed walls 21 and 23 includes a circular opening 27 penetrated by a shaft 11; the shaft 11 freely fitted in the opening 27, projecting from the inside of the case 9 to the outside of the case 9, and supported movably relatively to the case 9 in the shaft crossing direction inside the opening 27; and a resistance torque generation part 19 provided between the case 9 and the shaft 11, and imparting resistance torque to rotation of the shaft 11 relatively to the case 9 side while allowing the movement in the shaft crossing direction.</p> |
