PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate measurement of running with simple facilities.SOLUTION: A measurement mat is to be used in a running measurement system which measures a running time on the basis of radio signals received from IC tags attached to a runner. The measurement mat comprises: two antenna units 210a and 210b which are arranged side by side in a planar state; and a reader unit which supplies power to the two antenna units 210a and 210b. The reader unit supplies power in order to make the two antenna units 210a and 210b have opposite phases.
