<p>The present invention relates to a pillow for a height-adjustable leisure chair installed to be detachable to a leisure chair so as to freely adjust an installation height of the pillow. The pillow for a height-adjustable leisure chair according to the present invention comprises: a pillow member where holding rings are formed on both sides; and an installation member installing the pillow member to be detachable to a chair cover.
