摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an aluminum-zinc-based alloy plate using a twin roll casting method and an aluminum-zinc-based alloy plate manufactured thereby and, specifically, to a method for manufacturing an aluminum-zinc-based alloy plate using a twin roll casting method comprising a first step of manufacturing molten metal by dissolving an element corresponding to an aluminum alloy consisting of 0.5-10 wt% of zinc, inevitable impurities, and the remainder consisting of aluminum, and a second step of casting a twin roll by injecting the molten metal manufactured in the first step into a gap between a pair of cooling rolls rotating; and an aluminum-zinc-based alloy plate manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, an aluminum-zinc-based alloy plate, which is known as twin roll casting is difficult since a solid-liquid coexistence region is wide, can be manufactured by twin roll casting by using a cooling roll whose thermal conductivity is high, and controlling a roll separating force by the rotary speed of a roll. Moreover, the present invention prevents a defect such as a crack, a casting pattern, or the like causing degradation of physical properties of a manufactured plate. Furthermore, an aluminum-zinc-based alloy plate can be provided at lower costs than a conventional method due to a simple manufacturing process when the aluminum-zinc-based alloy plate is manufactured according to the above manufacturing method.</p>
