<p>Disclosed are a method to prepare tin (Sn), SAC (Sn-Ag-Cu), or Sn-58Bi nanoparticles, and tin (sn), SAC (Sn-Ag-Cu), or Sn-58Bi nanoparticles obtained thereby. The method to prepare tin (Sn), SAC (Sn-Ag-Cu), or Sn-58Bi nanoparticles capable of preparing nanoparticles by a method of a direct current arc (DCA) comprises: a step of installing a cathode and an anode consisting of copper inside a unit housing; a step of arranging a material to form nanoparticles consisting of tin (Sn), SAC (Sn-Ag-Cu), or Sn-58Bi to face each other at regular intervals on the lower part of the cathode and the anode; a step of supporting the material to form nanoparticles into a dielectric solution as the unit housing is filled with a dielectric substance; and a step of supplying a direct current to the anode and the cathode. Moreover, the dielectric substance can be a dielectric substance selected from one among a butyl diglycol (BDG), triethylene glycol monoethyl ether, xylene, hexane, hexyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol (IPA), 1,2-Dichlorobenzene, and pure water (DI water).</p> |
