The present invention provides a hydraulic apparatus for peeling the inside skin of a chestnut, which transfers the chestnut in which the outside skin is peeled off by a transfer method, and can easily peel the inside skin of the chestnut by immersing the chestnut in water heated at constant temperature or using a drug. To this end, the apparatus for peeling the inside skin of the chestnut comprises: a first transfer unit supplying the chestnut in which the outside skin is peeled off; a second transfer unit installed on one side of the first transfer unit, and transferring the chestnut supplied from the first transfer unit and peeling the inside skin; a washing device; and a drying device.
