The present invention relates to a method for producing calcined calcium using eggshells as a main ingredient and producing the same into water-soluble eggshell calcium powder or into a liquid. Eggshells without egg contents are added in an electric heating furnace of 900-1200°C to be calcined for a particular period of time, so that materials such as eggshell films and calcium adhered on the eggshells and bad smells can be removed. The calcined eggshells are added in water so that ash and foreign materials generated due to calcining can be floated and removed. Then, precipitated pure calcium is taken out to be dried and pulverized, so that pure calcined calcium powder can be produced. The calcined calcium powder is mixed with vinegar containing 4-30% of an acetic acid component at a weight ratio of 40:60-60:40. The mixture is contained in a container and reacted for a particular period of time, so that the calcined calcium powder is smelted in the acetic acid component of the vinegar to be converted into ion calcium and to be water-solubilized. Then, the same is refined, dried, and made into powder, so that water-soluble eggshell calcium powder can be produced. Moreover, the water-soluble eggshell calcium powder can be smelted in vinegar to be produced into a liquid.
|
