The present invention relates to an insurance claim system and a method thereof. The insurance claim system of the present invention includes: a customer terminal which downloads an insurance claim application to execute an automatic insurance claim service and then executes the application; an insurance claim server which performs customer authentication using card settlement information of a customer transmitted from a card company server, and requests insurance claim evidence data while transmitting customer information and card settlement information of the corresponding customer, and transmits insurance claim request to receive insurance as to the corresponding customer to the insurance company server; a medical institution server which performs customer authentication if the insurance claim evidence data request as to a random patient is received from the insurance claim server, and extracts the insurance claim evidence data of the corresponding customer and then transmits the insurance claim evidence data to the insurance claim server; and an insurance company server which performs insurance payment processing by judging whether the corresponding customer is a policyholder and whether the customer is eligible for receiving the insurance, if the insurance claim request as to the random customer is received from the insurance claim server.
