<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing approved document, which stores an approved document stamped with a seal meaning an approval, and a method thereof. The method for processing an approved document requiring a seal of an approver by the apparatus for processing the approved document includes the steps of: acquiring an approved document of a digital image type from a first terminal; reading a previously stored seal image of the approver according to an input signal of a second terminal and inserting a watermark on the seal image and the approved document; merging the seal image inserted with the watermark and approved document; and storing the approved document merged with the seal image.</p> |
