<p>PURPOSE: A detection and quantitative analysis method of target proteins using an aptamer chip is provided to cheaply and simply perform detection and quantitative analysis of the target proteins on an aptamer-based biosensor chip without expensive equipment. CONSTITUTION: A detection method of target proteins using an aptamer chip comprises the steps of: contacting a sample containing the target proteins with the aptamer chip; and reacting the target protein-conjugated aptamer chip and a Coomassie Brilliant Blue solution. A quantitative analysis method of the target proteins using the aptamer chip comprises the steps of: contacting the sample containing the target protein with the aptamer chip; reacting the aptamer chip and the Coomassie Brilliant Blue solution; and measuring the intensity of a Coomassie Brilliant Blue-reacted part.
