<p>The present invention provides a mold for manufacturing a tart shell in which foods on the tart shell do not drop when baked and a shape of a tart can be uniformly formed; a tart shell manufacturing machine including the mold for manufacturing the tart shell; and the tart shell manufactured by the tart shell manufacturing machine. More specifically, the mold for manufacturing the tart shell comprises: a mold lower body in which a dented groove is formed by becoming narrow to a first tilt angle as it goes from the mold lower body to the bottom; and a mold upper body which becomes narrow to a second tilt angle as it goes from the mold upper body to the lower part.</p> |
