<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a flexible display device is provided to prevent damages to thin film patterns on a flexible substrate. CONSTITUTION: A flexible substrate is mounted on a non-flexible support substrate on which paste is formed on a fixed area(S11). Thin film patterns are formed on the flexible substrate(S12). The support substrate is peeled out by injecting chemical liquid to the paste(S13). The paste is formed by Ag. In the chemical liquid, solvent for melting the Ag paste is used.</p> |
