The present invention is to provide a method of preparing platinum-rhodium-oxide based alloys. An embodiment of the present invention provides the method of preparing platinum-rhodium-oxide based alloys, which comprises the steps of: forming an alloy ingot; forming an alloy steel sheet; heat-treating and internally oxidizing the alloy steel sheet; laminating and grinding the internally oxidized alloy steel sheet and pressurizing and molding the same at high temperature; hot working the alloy steel sheet which is pressurized and molded at high temperature; cold working the alloy steel sheet which is hot worked; and heat-treating the alloy steel sheet which is cold worked.
