<p>The present utility model relates to concrete but more particularly to bottle cap fiber reinforced concrete comprising of bottle cap fiber, cement, aggregates and water. It also relates to the process for producing said concrete comprising the steps of; preparing the bottle cap fibers by flattening and bending; mixing the bottle cap fiber, cement and aggregate according to the predetermined ratio; adding water to the mixture until a homogeneous mixture is obtained; transferring the mixture in molds; curing the mixture by water immersion for 28 days; determining the compressive and flexural strengths of the bottle cap reinforced concrete after curing for 28 days.</p> |
