<p>The device (2) has a roller (22) rotatable relative to a body (4) and for exerting a pressure on a flexible section when the roller is rolled. A stop notch (32), a connection unit (34) and an elastic unit (38) i.e. spring, unlock the roller when a force exerted by the roller on the flexible section is higher than a predetermined level. A handle (6) extends according to a main and sliding direction relative to the body. The stop notch, the connection unit and the elastic unit cooperate with the handle. The elastic unit is placed between the handle and the body. An independent claim is also included for a method for installing a flexible section on a support.</p> |
