<p>The present invention relates to a cell-microsphere aggregate which comprises (a) a plurality of biocompatible microspheres (The microspheres has a ligand having a bonding ability to an acceptor protein existing on the surface of cells be attached on the surface); and (b) a plurality of cells having an acceptor protein having a bonding ability for a ligand exist on the surface, wherein the cells and the microspheres are shear reversibly bonded by interaction of the acceptor protein and the ligand. The composition of the present invention is used to deliver cells to an object by a minimum invasion method.</p> |
