<p>The present invention relates to a pan for baking the crust of overcooked rice, which can create various types of patterns on the surface of the crust of overcooked rice. The pan for baking the crust of overcooked rice of the present invention comprises: a plurality of heater members installed at regular intervals inside the baking pan; and a control unit controlling that a heater member at the position corresponding to a shape to be molded on a grain of rice inside the baking pan among the heater members is heated at the higher temperature than the heater member at the position not corresponding to the shape to be molded thereon.</p> |
