A multi-functional header assembly frame, suitable for use in the assembly of several long-pipe connectors (18) in a boiler header and a header body (19). The header body (19) to be assembled is placed on lined steel, such as H-section steel (1). The header body (19) is fixed on the H-section steel (1) by several handcuff plates comprising a header press plate (6) and an interleaved press plate (16) to ensure the straightness of the header body (19) during assembly. Several peripheral frames with variable sizes and adjustable positions are arranged with spaces along the length of the header for fixing and supporting the several matching long-pipe connectors (18) during assembly. While being welded, the assembly frame secures several channel steels and flat steels between exhaust pipes into proper positions respectively during assembly to support the exhaust pipes, thereby ensuring the accurate assembly of the long-pipe connectors. The assembly frame can adapt to the assembly of headers with long-pipe connectors in different structures, prevent the deformation of the headers during welding and thermal treatment, and facilitate lifting, rotating, and testing water pressure of the header and the subsequent machining allowance of the long-pipe connectors.
