The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic composition containing a film forming agent which forms a film when spreading to skin. The skin cosmetic composition containing the film forming agent can be easily removed by lukewarm water after spread to skin, and can remove color makeup by lukewarm water without cleansing skin with a cleansing product by being spread to skin before applying color makeup. Also, the cosmetic not only has excellent sense of use and skin stability, but can effectively remove color makeup and pollutants.
