The present invention relates to a lithium secondary battery wherein Li_2NiO_2 is included in a cathode active material so as to mitigate a capacity reduction phenomenon at the early stage of the cycle thereof, which occurs when using one, or a mixture of at least two selected from the group consisting of Si, SiC, SiO_x (0 < x < 2), Sn, SnO_2, Sb, and Ge as an anode active material. The lithium secondary battery according to the present invention demonstrates a remarkable improvement in a capacity maintenance rate reduction phenomenon at the early stage of the cycle thereof, along with an increase in battery capacity. |
