1. A non-transient computer readable media have stored thereon instructions for making a recorded video and/or audio message available to a message recipient, the instructions performing steps comprising:
providing to a client computing device one or more user interface elements by which a user associates a specific supply chain event with the recorded video and/or audio message; monitoring events associated with the supply chain to discern the occurrence of the specific supply chain event; and upon the occurrence of the specific supply chain event causing the recorded video and/or audio message to be made available to the message recipient.
