A system is provided that reports audit data. The system retrieves audit data that is stored in database tables, where the audit data includes a history of modifications to data, and where the audit data includes data values. The system further retrieves a display name that is stored in a lookup table, where the display name is associated with a data value of the data values within the lookup table. The system further displays the audit data within a user interface, where the display name is displayed within the user interface.

1. A computer-readable medium having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to report audit data, the reporting comprising:
retrieving audit data that is stored in one or more database tables, wherein the audit data comprises a history of one or more modifications to data, and wherein the audit data comprises one or more data values; retrieving at least one display name that is stored in a lookup table, wherein the at least one display name is associated with at least one data value of the one or more data values within the lookup table; and displaying the audit data within a user interface, wherein the at least one display name is displayed within the user interface.
