This flat electric wire is characterized by comprising: a stacked conductor which is configured by stacking, in the thickness direction, flat metal conductors that have a layer of a thermosetting resin formed on the outer periphery, said thermosetting resin having a glass transition temperature of 100°C-200°C and having an urethane bond; and a layer of a thermoplastic resin that has a 300°C or higher melting point on the outer periphery of the stacked conductor.
