Disclosed are an apparatus for effectively removing heterogeneous glass existing on the top surface of molten glass, and a melting furnace and a glass manufacturing apparatus comprising the same. The apparatus for removing heterogeneous glass according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a reservoir which has an inlet and an outlet so as to accommodate molten glass flowing in from the inlet and allow the accommodated molten glass to flow out through the outlet, and has a discharge port formed on the upper end thereof so as to allow the accommodated molten glass to overflow; a first gate which is provided on the side of the outlet of the reservoir and adjusts an open area to thereby adjust the flow rate of the molten glass flowing out through the outlet; and a second gate which is provided to be closer to the side of the inlet of the reservoir than the discharge port and adjusts, at the portion where the discharge port is formed, the liquid level of the molten glass accommodated in the reservoir.
