This stopcock drive device is provided with: a cylinder cam (101) which has a loop-shape groove (102) formed in the outer peripheral surface and which can rotate in the forward and reverse directions; two drive pins (103, 104) which are arranged in the groove (102) and which are capable of linear reciprocating motion; a three-way stopcock (403a) which is connected to the cylinder cam (101) and which switches the flow path; and a control unit (110) which moves the two drive pins (103, 104) in linear reciprocating motion in the direction along the extension direction of the cylinder cam (101), rotating the cylinder cam (101) about the center (C) of rotation in the forward or reverse direction and thereby switching the flow path of the three-way stopcock (403a).
