<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a coating composition which can form, on plastic bases, a coating film excellent in terms of scratch resistance, hardness, appearance, adhesion, and chemical resistance; and a coated article. This coating composition comprises: a main ingredient comprising a specific hydroxylated acrylic resin (A) and a specific hydroxylated polyester resin (B); and a hardener comprising a specific polyisocyanate compound (C). The coating composition gives a coating film having a glass transition temperature of 20-60°C.</p> |
