The present invention relates to a marine LED position display device to provide location information by light emitted while floating on the sea surface, comprising: a structure made of a material with buoyancy, wherein the bottom surface is egg-shaped; a magnetic material unit having at least one permanent magnet and formed in a bar shape; an inducement unit wound with a coil at a predetermined distance in a pipe on which the magnetic material unit penetrates and moves; a rectifier circuit rectifying output current of the inducement unit; a power generation unit installed in the structure, wherein the magnetic material unit is moved inside the pipe of the inducement unit according to the movement of the structure; and a light emitting unit installed in the upper portion of the structure, and receiving power generated by the power generation unit to emit light.
