摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice planting machine in which securement of the yield, reduction of seedling cost and labor reduction of seedling/seedling carrying work can be achieved, even if a hill space is not changed with a hill space transmission in seedling planting work (in the viewpoint different from sparse planting).SOLUTION: A rice planting machine 1 of the present invention includes a seedling load platform 29 having a seedling longitudinal feeding belt 217 for carrying a seedling mat 207, and planting claws 30 for planting seedlings 205 in the fields. The rice planting machine is configured such that the seedling mat 207 on the seedling load platform 29 is carried out to the seedling picking side with the seedling longitudinal feeding belt 217, and the seedling load platform 29 is reciprocated in the lateral direction and one seedling 205 is raked from the seedling mat 207 on the seedling load platform 29 with the planting claws 30. The rice planting machine includes U-shaped extrusion pieces 234 for extruding the seedlings held with the planting claws 30, and push rods 235 for making the extrusion pieces 234 slide along the planting claws 30. The tip sides of the planting claws 30 have a width narrower than the base end side, the upper end outsides of the extrusion pieces 234 are formed in a chamfering shape, and the upper end sides of the extrusion pieces 234 are made to slidably approach to the back sides of the narrow tip sides of the planting claws 30.
