PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mineral-filled elastomers which are used for tire applications and have a desirable balance of physical properties (performance on mineral-filled elastomer compositions) and better wear characteristics.SOLUTION: The invention includes sulfur-containing silane coupling agents represented by the specified formula for mineral-filled elastomers, and compounds having carbon-carbon double bonds, capable of forming rubber compositions.
