PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete a roll call operation in a short time.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes: a plurality of memory cells MC to which different addresses are allocated, respectively; redundant memory cells RMC each replacing a defective memory cell included in the memory cells MC; a fuse circuit 100 storing an address of the defective memory cell; a row decoder 12 accessing the redundant memory cell RMC in response to input of the address of the defective memory cell stored in the fuse circuit 100; and a roll call circuit 200 serially outputting the address of the defective memory cell to an outside. According to the present invention, a roll call operation can be completed in a short time since the address of the defective memory cell stored in the fuse circuit 100 can be output to the outside as it is. |
