PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cold confectionery for supplementation of water components and electrolytes, capable of oral supplementation of necessary water components and electrolytes while preventing adverse effects from the taste inherent to the electrolytes and the like.SOLUTION: The cold confectionery for supplementation of water components and electrolytes including 0 to 5 g of proteins and 0 to 30 g of carbohydrates per 100 mL, with a calorie of 120 kcal/100 mL or less contains at least one of 30 to 160 mg of sodium, 10 to 160 mg of potassium, 1 to 150 mg of calcium, and 1 to 100 mg of magnesium per 100 mL. |
