PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical product and a spectacle lens that have reflectance of an ultraviolet ray and a visible ray sufficiently reduced even with a simple configuration, and are provided with an optical multilayer film enabling an adjustment as to a hue of the reflection light, which is slight intensity.SOLUTION: An optical product (spectacle lens) according to the present invention includes: a lens blank that has a convex surface and a concave surface; and an optical multilayer film that is formed on at least the concave surface of the lens blank. The optical multilayer film has a layer of a zirconium dioxide and a layer of a silicon dioxide alternatively laminated in order from a first layer with a side close to the lens blank as the first layer, and is formed into a six-layer film in total. A physical film thickness of the layer of the silicon dioxide at a fourth layer falls within a range of equal to or greater than 10 nm and equal to or less than 22 nm, and a sum of a physical film thickness of the layer of the zirconium dioxide at the first layer and that of the layer of the silicon dioxide at a second layer falls within a range of equal to or greater than 35 nm and equal to or less than 45 nm. |
