PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a lighting surface material which is provided in an opening such as a lighting window of a building and improves indoor brightness feeling, and by which blindfold effect can be obtained; and an opening structure of a building using the lighting surface material.SOLUTION: A lighting surface material 1 is a lighting surface material formed of a plurality of layers provided in an opening 11 of a building to block the opening 11 and allowing outdoor light to enter a room. The lighting surface material 1 includes: an outdoor side plate 2 in which a transparent refractive raw material layer 5 is arranged on the surface of the indoor side of a nondiffusible transparent plate 4 provided on the outdoor side in a superposed state; and an indoor side plate 3 provided on the indoor side with an air space 8 interposed between it and the outdoor side plate 2, and diffusing a transmitted beam. The refractive raw material layer 5 of the outdoor side plate 2 has a shape formed by arranging linearly extending prism parts 5a side by side in parallel, and each prism part 5a has a tip in an acute angle where a corner part of the tip is narrower than a corner part on each of both sides of its base end. |
