PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action log analysis system and a program for the same, in which an action log pattern is analyzed for a user whose name and address are unregistered but a user ID is registered for utilizing a specific application, and further in which, when member registration is made in a store, a member registered customer and the user of the specific application are associated with each other in order to perform action log analysis.SOLUTION: An action log collection and analysis server 1 performs: analysis of action logs of a specific user ID from an arbitrary user ID and coordinate data, and action logs of date/time information; and generation of action pattern information and transmission of the generated information to a store server 6. The store server 6 performs: matching processing for associating a customer of a customer DB 8 with a user ID of an action pattern DB 9 in which the action pattern information is stored; and marketing analysis etc. on the basis of master information of the customer, purchasing performance information of the customer, and further the action pattern information. |
