PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule coordination information processing device which provides a print command to an image forming apparatus more appropriately by coordinating with a schedule of each attendee of a meeting and considering a movement of each attendee to a meeting room.SOLUTION: A schedule coordination information processing device 10 includes: a meeting determination unit 11 which determines a meeting room of a meeting related to material for which a print command is given, and an attendee by referring to a meeting database 101 for managing meeting schedule information; a location determination unit 12 which determines a location of the attendee by referring to a user database 102 for managing user information; a path determination unit 13 which determines a path from the location of the attendee to the meeting room by referring to a facilities database 104 for managing position information of a location, a meeting room, and an image forming apparatus; an output destination determination unit 14 which determines an image forming apparatus 20 which is located closer to the meeting room in the path by referring to the facilities database 104; and a print execution unit 15 which provides a print request for the material to the image forming apparatus 20. |
