<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a silylamine with higher efficiency and at lower cost than a conventional method.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a silylamine in which RRRSiNRRis obtained by reacting a disilazane represented by RRRSiNHSiRRR(provided that R, Rand Reach independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms or an alkenyl group having 2 to 3 carbon atoms) and an amine represented by RRNH (provided that Rand Reach independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 2 to 6 carbon atoms or a phenyl group) in the presence of a non-protonic highly polar solvent and a strong acid or an ammonium salt thereof.</p> |
