PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means capable of accelerating a selective binding reaction between a selective bonding substance immobilized on an analytical chip and a test substance, and especially analyzing the test substance in a short time.SOLUTION: In an agitation method, when injecting a solution containing a test substance into a recessed part of an analytical chip 10, injection is performed in the state where a part of a space is allowed to remain in a space of the recessed part, and the analytical chip is rotated spirally by applying thereto centrifugal acceleration of 1×g or higher, to thereby agitate the test substance solution.
