A kitchen tool in the form of one or more pairs of dough thickness guides used to roll out pastry, cookie dough, fondant and other doughs to a desired uniform thickness. At least a pair of guides having the same thickness or depth are spaced apart from one another less than a length of a rolling pin. The dough is rolled by the rolling pin until the rolling pin contacts the spaced apart guides, wherein the dough has been rolled evenly to the desired thickness. |
