<p>The present invention relates to a touch panel with a digitizer function. The touch panel given in the present invention is formed by stacking a touch sensing layer, a digitizer layer, and a pressure sensing layer. The touch sensing layer has a pattern capable of sensing a finger touch by both the top and the bottom side of a glass substrate with a transparent electrode. The digitizer layer has a pattern capable of sensing a pen touch by coating both the top and the bottom side of a transparent or semi-transparent insulating substrate. The pressure sensing layer has a pattern capable of sensing the pressure of a finger or pen touch by coating both the top and the bottom side of a piezo-layer. Therefore, the present invention enables manufacturing of a panel with a structure capable of sensing both pen touches and finger touches easily at lower costs and accordingly enables provision of a digitizer function on the touch panel. While maintaining strengths of a touch panel, the present invention is able to meet various requirements such as line depth, three-dimensional expression, distance expression, color alteration, and depth expression reliably in response to the pressure applied on the top plate.</p> |
