<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for an integrated waterproof member assembly which is formed on a base layer by using a waterproof layer as a medium in order to maintain a high waterproof class (example: IPX 7 or more) during ordinary use time of a mobile device such as a smart phone since a soft waterproof protrusion and, especially, a hardening problem according to elapsed time do not exist, applies a hardened base layer (example: PC, ABC material and the like) without heat denaturation problems in a mold by giving shape retention and rigidity in order to facilitate operation for mass production, is able to protect electrical systems such as various electronics, car appliances and the like from being flooded by arranging a laminated semi-product of a waterproof layer, a compatibility layer and a base layer on a mold and injection molding various case parts such as a battery cover of a smart phone and the like and is optimized to mass productivity of mobile devices such as a smart phone and the like and unit cost competitiveness, and to a waterproof member assembly thereof. The manufacturing method for an integrated waterproof member assembly according to the present invention comprises: (a) a step of forming a semi-product by forming a soft waterproof layer on an upper part of a soft base layer; and (b) a step of arranging the semi-product and injection molding a case part.</p> |
