<p>The present invention relates to granular yam health food including edible crops containing yam and natural colorants as main ingredients, and to a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to granular yam health food manufactured by adding glucose, citric acid, xylitol, maltodextrin and vitamin C to yam powder, which is a main ingredient in order to overcome the difficulty of taking yam powder and strengthen the functionality, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention relates to granular color yam health food for improving the health manufactured to show various colors and functionalities by adding various edible crop powder including natural colorants in order to introduce colors and strengthen the functionality to the granular yam health food, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The granular color yam health food including edible crops containing natural colorants and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention solve the problems of inconvenience of intake, carrying and storage, and the low functionality of raw yam and yam powder. The granular color yam health food of the present invention can be easily taken as it is or with a small amount of water so as to have little inconvenience in taking. The granular color yam health food of the present invention is very easy to store, preserve and carry, and has an excellent functionality, thereby being able to be taken in a large amount, and strengthening the functionality to have the excellent effect than the conventional processed product of raw yam and yam powder as health supplementary food.</p> |
